About He is the main character from the Noggin show Oobi. He is a bare hand puppet with eyes who lives with his sister Uma and his grandpa Grampu. He appears in the short Cthoobi, where he summons the god of his hand puppet world: Cthoobi. He is also shown to be friends with Oobster, a monster under Uma's bed. He is played by James Flood, who also played the fish heads and Todd.
